ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 10.02.2014 seeking for renewal of cracker license.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the said representation has already been duly considered on 01.10.2014 by passing final orders rejecting the application for renewal submitted by the petitioner. He also submits that the matter has now become infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2014 has already been considered.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
