2. When the matter was listed on 11.04.2022, since there was no representation for the petitioner, this Court had directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption " for dismissal" on today ie., on 28.04.2022.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent present.
