This petition is filed to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the above cross objection.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 117 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period on the enhanced award amount.
