2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2024

3. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that he has filed a suit for specific performance in O.S.No.2 of 2020 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur based on the unregistered document dated 14.005.2006. However, the Civil Court has impounded the document for want of stamp and referred to the second respondent for fixing the stamp. The second respondent by order dated 30.08.2023 calculated the stamp duty as Rs.3,53,000/-. While calculating, the second respondent has treated the agreement as a sale deed. Challenging the said order, he has filed an appeal before the District Registrar on 19.02.2024, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.
