T.P. SAVITHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is aged person and he has been regularly complying with the conditions stipulated by this Court.
2. Recording the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.741 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.749 of 2016 dated 06.07.2017 is fully relaxed.
