Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings vide Se.Mu.No.815/2022/S5 dated 28.04.2023 issued by the 6th respondent which was removed service of the petitioner from the post of SA-BRP in 6th Respondent office (MGNREGS) 2/6

and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents to provide monetary benefits and not to disengage petitioner as SA-BRP (MGNREGS) since there is a artificial break and regularize the petitioner's service by considering the unblemished service rendered by the petitioner as SA-BRP for past 9 years.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings vide Se.Mu.No.815/2022/S5 dated 28.04.2023 issued by the 6th respondent which was removed service of the petitioner from the post of SA-BRP in 6th Respondent office (MGNREGS) and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents to provide monetary benefits and not to disengage petitioner as SA-BRP (MGNREGS) since there is a artificial break and regularize the petitioner's service by considering the unblemished service rendered by the petitioner as SA-BRP for past 9 years. 3/6

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
