This Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title, The Special Tahsildar, The Land Acquisition Officer, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Ranipet in the place of The Special Tahsildar, The Land Acquisition Officer, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Vellore.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the better affidavit filed by the petitioner and being satisfied with the same, the cause title is accepted and the petitioner is permitted to file the appeal. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
