O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the continuous threat of the proposed respondents 2 & 3 and their henchmen and preventing them from not to interfere with the peaceful possession and carrying on his business.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. Though a direction to provide police protection is sought for in this petition, this Court instead of granting a direction sought by the petitioner is inclined to direct the respondent police to enquire into the complaint and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation given by the petitioner dated 05.03.2018 and 07.03.2018 respectively and act in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this petition stands disposed of.
