C.M.P.Nos.12968 and 12969 of 2022 in S.A.No.188 of 2017 P.T.ASHA, J These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased Govindasamy, the first respondent as party to the second appeal and to set aside the abatement to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Govindasamy on record in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsels on both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 7 would submit that he has no objection for these petitions being ordered.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
