O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 25.06.2018 and to provide the entry pass recommender code and frame number in the name of the petitioner's Association.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner Association was registered in the year 2016 before the Registrar of Societies. The object of the Association is to improve the livelihood of the members of the Association by transporting goods from harbour to some other places. Though the Association was registered in the year 2016, the respondents have not issued entry pass recommender code and frame number in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the name of the Association to transport the goods from Chennai Port Trust to some other places. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 25.06.2018 to the respondents, claiming the above relief, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents.

3. Mr.M.Palanimuthu, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
