2. Counsel states that the petition was served way back in June, 2024 upon the advocate for petitioner. Counsel states that he has not been served with any reply.

3. We do not find a reply even in the records and proceedings. Therefore, we shall allow the application. The applicant Tvl. Amman Granites be added as respondent No.8.

4. The application is allowed. The amendment shall be carried out within a week.
