No.4159/A5/95 dated 07.04.2003 and quash the same.

The petitioner filed Original Application No.4055 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal challenging the impugned order dated 07.04.2003 passed by the second respondent, the Deputy Director of Health Services, Virudhunagar. Subsequently, the matter was transferred to this Court as W.P. No. 13543 of 2007.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 13.11.2014 and 21.11.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation.
