ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.B.Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Considering the request, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. In that event, all the contentions are kept open. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
