The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 07.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.4328 of 2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted the copy of the proceedings dated 08.04.2021, passed by the Tahsildar, Vandaloor and accordingly, Subsistence allowance has been sanctioned.

3. The learned Government Advocate made a submission that the order has already been communicated and the amount of Subsistence allowance will be settled within a period of one week through Treasury concerned.

4. This being the submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
