Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.148 of 2020,on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is seen that when the matter was came up on 02.12.2020, this court granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions imposed on the petitioner.
