O R D E R

The appellant herein filed this review application to review the order and direction issued in W.P.No.25951 of 2003, dated 21.12.2012. The said writ petition was filed by the first respondent herein challenging the order passed by the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Vellore Division, Vellore, dated 09.09.2003 and to direct the postal department to deliver the letters addressed to the Correspondent Union Teacher Training Institute and Principal Union Teacher Training Institute, Viruthampet, Vellore, to the first respondent, namely, S.Devasigamani.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that Mr.S.Devasigamani, namely, the first respondent herein / writ petitioner is no more and a copy of the death certificate dated 19.07.2016 issued by the Vellore City Municipal Corporation has been produced and from which, it is seen that Mr.S.Devasigamani died on 03.06.2016. The said submission is placed on record. In the light of the above, the review application is closed. No Costs.
