This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that (b) the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in the order dated 24.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.NO.11517 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 11517 of 2025, dated 24.04.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders is relaxed.
