The contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 08.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.261 of 2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Submitted that the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.261 of 2018 has been complied with. The petitioner's complaint has been closed on 28.06.2018.

3. As such, the disobedience alleged may not be termed to be willful in nature.

4. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
