Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records pertaining to order dated 9.6.2011 in Ref.No.Pen/74077/2010 of the 4th respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to include half of the service rendered by the petitioner in the post of Plot Watcher along with his regular service as Maali upto 31.3.2005 and sanction and pay him pension and other terminal benefits from 1.4.2005 with 12% interest.
