Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the action of the respondents in taking as if the petitioner was appointed only after 1.4.2003 and not sanctioning the petitioner pension by counting his regular service as Forest Watcher from 31.5.2003 to 30.4.2007 along the petitioner service as Plot Watcher from 1.1.1979 on daily rated monthly paid basis as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to sanction and pay the petitioner pension and other terminal benefits from 1.5.2007, with 12% interest, by taking that the petitioner was appointed as regular Forest Watcher before 1.4.2003 and by including half of the service rendered by him in the post of Plot Watcher along with his regular service as Forest Watcher up to 30.4.2007, award costs.
