ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to regularize his service as Section Writer in the 4th respondent Division from 10.06.1993 and grant all the service and monetary benefits, based on the recommendation of the fourth respondent dated 03.05.2014. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the service of the petitioner was regularised on 25.04.2018. However, the learned counsel sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.
3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
