Mr.P.Raja, (for R1 and R2 ) Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the Director, Matriculation Schools, DPI Campus, College Road, Chennai 600 006, the 1st respondent herein, to take up the pending appeal dated 30.10.2017, against the order dated 18.09.2017 passed by the Inspector, Matriculation Schools, Kancheepuram, the 2nd respondent herein.
2.Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, after taking instruction in the morning session submitted that the appeal of the petitioner is pending and the same may be directed to be disposed of on merits. 3.In view thereof, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the pending appeal and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
