ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to call for the records of the third respondent relating to Po.Na.Ka.Mn.9075/A1/2012-1 dated 11.07.2014 to quash the same and to issue consequential direction.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner made a representation on 02.05.2014 seeking the post of Electrician Grade-I with effect from 23.11.1992, which was rejected by the authority concerned on 11.07.2014 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
