other materials belonging to the Respondents from the Petitioner's property pending disposal of the above writ petition.

WP No. 2886 of 2026 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to call for records of the Respondent to the impugned letter dated 13.02.2025 bearing Lr.No.

SE/REDC/RMD/DFC/Rev/HT/ASST/F.SRPCPL/D.NO.42/2025 and 21.08.2025 bearing Lr.No.SE/REDC/RMD/DFC/Rev/HT / ASST/F SRPCPL/D.NO.356/2025 and direct the Respondent to disconnect the 110 KV line as requested vide letter dated 23.10.2024 bearing ref number SRPCPT/TANGEDCO/004/2310204.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to forthwith disconnect the 110 KV power supply, as requested vide letter dated 23.10.2024 bearing Ref.No.SRPCPT/TANGEDCO/004/2310204 and consequently, remove, relocate and clear all equipment, installations, transmission, infrastructure, electrical structures and other materials belonging to the respondents from the petitioner's property, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The interim relief sought for by the petitioner is granted. This petition is allowed.
