This application has been filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the written statement of the first defendant in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.V.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.R.Mubark Basha, learned counsel for the second respondent would submitted in unison that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
