.. Respondent Petition filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint any retired Judge of this Court as Sole Arbitrator to decide the` disputes that have arisen between the petitioner and the respondent under the Marketing Agreement dated 09.12.2010.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the claims and the counter-claims to be raised be adjudicated to the sole arbitration of Mr.Justice K.Venkataraman, a retired Judge of this Court. 2.The arbitration clause not being disputed, the disputes having come into existence and the jurisdiction of the Court being accepted, an Arbitrator is liable to be so appointed.

3.Thus, as proposed and agreed, I appoint Mr.Justice K.Venkataraman, a retired Judge of this Court, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As requested, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre. 4.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
