O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondent 5 and 6 in respect of the property situated in Old No.206, New No.284, Paper Mills Road, Peravallur, Chennai - 600 011.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a property dispute between the parties. If on enquiry, the respondent police finds that the nature of the dispute is civil in nature.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court and the parties shall approach the appropriate Civil Court.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
