..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned show cause notice dated 17.01.2014 in No.C1/TN/TR/76742/SRO-TRY/Enf-D/2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same, directing the respondents to refund the excess amount of Rs.13,99,196/- to the petitioner school.
