The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 05.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.36525 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 05.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.36525 of 2023 has been complied with and he has also filed the copy of the order passed by the respondent on the petitioner's representation. 3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law against the order passed by the respondent, if she is aggrieved with the same.
