ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10.10.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for marking of boundaries and also for correcting the entries made in the revenue records.

2. Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has called the petitioner for enquiry on 24.12.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct an enquriy and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction . No costs.
