This petition is filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders dated 25.04.2025 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.PNo.12757

of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
