ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and before the respondent police on

every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14988 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
