O R D E R

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who is appearing for the respondent, by producing the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.152/2022/Ni.A.1 1/3

dated 16.08.2024 submitted that the order dated 27.07.2018 made in W.P.No.26013 of 2014 has been complied with and the compensation for the land in T.S.No.35 was fixed as Rs.8,10,039/- and the same was also credited to the bank account of the petitioner through ECS.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the determination of compensation for the land in T.S.No.36 has not been done.

3. The writ petition pertains to T.S.No.35 alone and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to enlarge the scope of the writ petition in this contempt proceedings.

4. Accordingly, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the contempt petition is closed. No Costs. 19.08.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No ars 2/3
