O.A.No.571 of 2021:- Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondent from interfering in any manner with the counselling and therapy sessions of the minor children (i) Rebekah Deepika Solomon (female) (ii) Nina Roshni Solomon (female), (iii) Meira Divya Solomon (female) and (iv) Joel Avner Solomon (male) all born on 13-12-2007 and presently aged 13 years pending disposal of the main O.P.
A.No.3281 of 2021:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct that the minor children (i) Rebekah Deepika Solomon (female) (ii) Nina Roshni Solomon (female), (iii) Meira Divya Solomon (female), and (iv) Joel Avner
Solomon (male) all born on 13-12-2007 and presently aged 13 years continue to remain in the custody of the Applicant/Petitioner mother pending disposal of the main O.P.

Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant visitation rights to the Applicant to visit the minor children namely (i) Rebekah Deepika Solomon (girl) (ii) Nina Roshni Solomon (girl), (iii) Meira Divya Solomon (girl) and (iv) Joel Avner Solomon (boy) all born on 13.12.2007 whenever Applicant comes to India. respondent in O.A.Nos. 570 & 571 of 2021 and A.No. 3281 of 2021 and upon reading the rejoinder and counter affidavit of Elizabeth Solomon filed herein and the order herein dated 07.12.2021 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent (mother) seeking time to get instructions with regard to the permission sought for by the applicant (father) to spend some time with his minor children on his visit to India on 24.01.2022, it is ordered as follows:- That the order of interim injunction granted in pursuance of the order dated 20.09.2021 made in O.A.No.570 of 2021 restraining the respondent therein from removing the minor children (i)Rebekah Deepika Solomon (female) (ii) Nina Roshni Solomon (female) (iii) Meira Divya Solomon (female) and (iv) Joel Avner Solomon (male) be and is hereby extended till 19.01.2022.
2. That the order of interim injunction granted in pursuance of the order dated 20.09.2021 made in O.A.No.571 of 2021 restraining the respondent therein from interfering in any manner with the counseling and therapy sessions of the minor children (i)Rebekah Deepika Solomon (female) (ii) Nina Roshni Solomon (female) (iii) Meira Divya Solomon (female) and (iv) Joel Avner Solomon (male) be and is hereby extended till 19.01.2022.
3. That the O.A. Nos. 570 and 571 of 2021 and A.Nos.3281 and 4461 of 2021 in O.P. No. 606 of 2021 be posted on 19.01.2022. WITNESS THE HON'BLE MR.
