It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that as against the impugned order, the petitioners have preferred appeal dated 04.10.2021 before the Deputy Inspector General of Cuddalore (Appeals). Hence, this Court may close this writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the Deputy Inspector General of Cuddalore (Appeals).

2.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the Deputy Inspector General of Cuddalore (Appeals). No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
