A.No.3487 of 2024 in C.S. No.1132 of 2009 & A. No.5316 of 2022 P.B.BALAJI, J., This Application has been taken out by the plaintiff to receive the additional documents 1 & 2 which are to be marked as Exhibits in C.S. No.1132 of 2009.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection in allowing this Application, since this documents were called upon to be produced during cross examination and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above Application and it is just and proper to allow this Application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the documents are ordered to be received as additional documents, subject to proof and relevancy.

3. Post the matter before the learned IV Additional Master for continuation of trial on 31.07.2024. The evidence in the Application shall be concluded by end of August, 2024.
