ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.09.2021, wherein, the list of eligible beneficiaries was submitted before the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court had already passed an order in W.P.No.16461 of 2021 dated 09.08.2021 giving necessary directions for the allotment of the houses. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that the list of eligible persons is under process and the representation made by the petitioner will also be considered. The learned counsel submitted that after the local body elections are over, the process will once again be taken up and it will be completed in line with the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16461 of 2021 dated 09.08.2021.
