No.60 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the plaintiffs' seek permission to file the documents described in the schedule to the judge's summons. As regards the reply dated 04.02.2022 to the lawyer's notice, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection. As regards the certificates issued by the manufacturer, he submits that photocopies have been filed and subject to objections on grounds of admissibility and proof, these documents may be permitted to be filed.

2. In view of the above submissions, A.No.3201 of 2024 is allowed on the following terms:

(i) The respondent is permitted to file an affidavit of admission / denial in respect of these documents.

3. Both parties are directed to agree upon and submit a common proposed schedule for recording evidence on the next hearing date.
