JUDGMENT

When the matter stood listed on 17.08.2015, the advocate who held vakalat for the appellant reported no instructions. Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant in the cause list and list the matter on 25.08.2015. On 25.08.2015, the second appeal came up for hearing and the name of the appellant had been printed in the cause list. As there was no representation on that day, by order of Court, the matter stands listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the second appeal for non-prosecution.
