This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to set aside the CMSA No.21 of 2017 which was dismissed as non prosecution on 25.11.2019 and restore the above CMSA No.21 of 2017.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and consequently, the appeal is restored.
