For Petitioner : Mr.G.Rajesh in both Crl.OPs For Respondent : Mr.C.Emalias, in both Crl.OPs Additional Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to modify the conditions passed by the Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No:560/2016 dated 02.06.2016 & Crl.M.P.No:561/2016 dated 02.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is an accused in Avinasi Police Station Crime Nos:782 & 886 of 2015 for offence u/s 392 IPC. By orders dated 02.06.2016, he was granted bail in Crl.MP.Nos.560 & 561 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2016 in Crime.Nos.782 & 886 of 2015 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur on condition that, he shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with four sureties, of which two sureties should be his wife and mother and the other two sureties should furnish a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand). The petitioner is aggrieved by these orders on the ground that, the Magistrate is insisting upon eight sureties for two cases.

4. The fact remains that, though bail was granted on 02.06.2016, the petitioner has not been able to enjoy the fruits of the bail orders.

5. Taking into consideration all these aspects, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate, Avinasi to accept common sureties in both Crl.M.P.No.560 of 2016 (Crime No:782 of 2015) and Crl.M.P.No:561 of 2016 (Crime No:886 of 2015).
