Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission and the relief sought is to consider the representation made by the writ petitioner on 28.11.2013 and considering the representation submitted by the writ petitioner the respondents passed an order in proceeding dated 07.01.2015.

2. Thus, the relief sought for in this writ petition has been considered and an order has been issued by the respondents in this regard. Thus, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.

No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
