ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to revise the petitioner's pension with reference to G.O.Ms.No.36, Finance (PGC) Department dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

23.08.2013 on the basis of the notional pay fixation in the prerevised scale of pay as on 31.05.1988 and further action of subsequent increment till date of his retirement.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been granted the relief sought in this writ petition and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
