When the matter was listed for hearing on 08.06.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 10.06.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal". On 10.06.2022, when the matter was listed, again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.06.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2. Even today, i.e. 14.06.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.2712 of 2014 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
