PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to Letter No. Ko. 32/2014 dated 19.06.2014 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, through VideoConferencing, made a submission that the petitioner was prevented from running the Canteen inside the Government Mohan Kumaramanagalam Medical College Hospital, due to Covid-19 situation and there after she filed another Writ Petition in W.P.No.17654 of 2021 and this Court passed an order to consider her claim in accordance with the procedures as contemplated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the petitioner was granted with a permission only to run Telephone Booth and not to run Canteen.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner said that the representation submitted by the petitioner is also pending.
4. In view of the subsequent developments, the grounds raised in the present writ petition deserves no further adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
