ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16122 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16122 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
