The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner in para No.3 of the order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16601 of 2025 as that, the earlier criminal cases had reached its final stage of arguments, however the learned counsel for the petitioner has now stated that the same cases are pending for final stage of prosecution evidence. 3.

Considering the submissions made, the para No.3 of the order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16601 of 2025 is modified as follows: "The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is a false complaint and that the major allegation pertains to tampering with the evidence in the earlier criminal cases, which has now reached its final stage of prosecution evidence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner;"

Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid modification in the order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16601 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
