ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the

respondents to consider the representations dated 28.07.2021 and 07.09.2021 to re-total and revalue the answer sheets of the subjects viz., Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology of 10th Standard Board Exams 2021 conducted by the 7th respondent on behalf of the 1st respondent in accordance with the ICSE procedure pertaining to his son K.Harivignesh, having candidate ID No.7469471 held at 7th respondent School ID No.TN005/1211272 for the year 2020 - 2021 and further directing the respondents to provide the answer sheet copies of the same to the petitioner at the earliest.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to apply for answer sheet in the manner known to law from the seventh respondent. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
