ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.

The petitioner has given a representation dated 07.01.2026 to the first respondent to cancel third respondent's patta. 3.

The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While doing so, the first respondent will put the third respondent on notice. Proper enquiry will be conducted and only thereafter, final order will be passed.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of the third respondent have not been foreclosed. No costs.
