This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court has already passed an order in Crl.O.P.No.15913 of 2019, dated 27.06.2019 wherein this Court had quashed the enquiry initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. and this Court had made it clear that the parties will agitate their rights before the competent civil court, since two suits are pending.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of this Order, the respondent police is regularly harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the dispute pending between the parties and leave it to the parties to be agitated before the competent civil court in accordance with the directions given by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15913 of 2019. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS VI) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar ssr/jas To
